Both international prize-winning graduates of the Royal College of Music, London, David Black and Rebecca Baulch form the two halves of the Albach Guitar Duo.

Together they have entertained guests at venues as distinguished as the Houses of Parliament, the Orangery at Kew Gardens and the National Gallery.

Mr Black says: “For functions you can just enjoy your surroundings. But playing concerts is what we live for.”

The duo’s repertoire spans from the Renaissance to the present day, including an extensive collection of South American and Spanish music.

At All Saints’, they will play pieces by Franz Schubert and contemporary composer Steve Goss, as well as some traditional Scottish folk songs.

The Albach Guitar Duo will perform at All Saints’ Church Centre, in Oakleigh Road North, Whetstone, on Monday, October 6, at 6.15pm.

The recital will be followed by a candle-lit meal at 7.15pm.

Tickets for the concert cost £5, and the meal is £5. To book call 020 8445 8388.
